Year 1 had an amazing time at Whipsnade Zoo on Monday. We loved looking at the butterflies and learning about their life cycle. We saw the baby giraffe who was already six foot tall! Did you know that giraffes have the same number of bones in their necks as we do? We ate our packed lunch sitting in the shade of a tree and were astounded at the colour of the flamingos!
