Dear Parents / Carers,
What a fantastic week the Year 6 children have had in Wales at Pendarren! Mountain walks, a coastal trip, (with a dip in the sea), rock pooling, rock climbing, zip lining, an adventure walk through waterfalls and tunnels and much, much more has been experienced. The children have faced their fears in many ways and pushed themselves to their limits regarding challenges and new adventures. We have been particularly lucky with the weather with the sun shining all week! The children have been a credit to Campsbourne with exemplary behaviour and we are very proud of them all!
World Book Day
Don’t forget we are celebrating World Book day on Thursday 13th March. The children can dress up as their favourite book character. Please see the attached information regarding our cake competition for this; prizes are up for grabs!
Some friendly reminders!
Please can I remind parents that the children’s snack at breaktimes should be a healthy choice. Crisps and chocolate biscuits are not allowed and these will be taken away from the children if spotted by a member of staff and given back to them at the end of the day. Please can you also remind your child not to share food with other children due to potential allergies. Many thanks.
Please can I remind you that our office email address is admin@campsbourne.haringey.sch.uk and the previous email address you may have used, is no longer active.
We will be saying goodbye to Sharon next week and her last day with us will be Wednesday. She will be back in on Friday to join our assembly so we can give her a proper send off! We wish her all the best for her future endeavours and hope she’ll come back and visit us really soon.
Vacancies
We have vacancies for the after school provision. Should you wish to express an interest, please contact the main office via email admin@campsbourne.haringey.sch.uk
