Year 6 trip to Junior Citizens
Year 6 had a thoroughly engaging trip to Scout Park on Tuesday morning for our Junior Citizens workshop. ...
I would like to start by wishing all our families a very Happy New Year! I hope you’ve had a restful and enjoyable break.
I would also like to welcome the current Headteacher at Stroud Green, Lucy Walker-Collins, our Interim Executive Head Teacher, who will be leading Campsbourne and supporting us for the Spring term. We look forward to working with her over the coming months.
THIS WEEK’S LEARNING IN EYFS
It’s been a chilly start back to the term, but an exciting one with the children starting their new topics with enthusiasm. The Nursery had a very busy start to the new term! They had so much fun experiencing ice, enjoying the new Spring term book selection and learning a new song as they sorted healthy food.
In Reception they also loved exploring the snow and ice, and learning more about Winter! They managed to find lost of ice in their outside area.
Friendly Reminders:
Please can I ask that your child always comes to school at this point of the year, with a named coat. We have already had a few coats lose their owners this week and it makes it much easier to return them when they have been labelled.
Can I also remind you that children should not be bringing crisps to school as a snack. Should they wish to bring a snack for playtime, please ensure this is a healthy option such as fruit or vegetable sticks.
All extra-curricular clubs will be starting next week.

Tickets on sale NOW! This event always sells out, don’t delay; buy your tickets TODAY!
Due to the capacity limit at an indoor event, and to acknowledge that last year, when not everyone got a ticket, this year we would like to sell tickets in 2 waves. The first to prioritise only children who are currently enrolled at Campsbourne, then younger and older siblings may be eligible to purchase in the second wave, IF there are still tickets left. We hope that makes sense and feels fair to everyone.
