Summer Fair
It’s been a busy start to the half term and we know there are a lot of demands and requests being put upon families as we lead up to our Summer Fair event and Online Auction. We simply can’t run a whole school event without a wide range of help and support and the HSA team is working extremely hard behind the scenes to prepare and support the class reps as well. Your class rep should have been in touch about what volunteer roles we need plugging, so please help out where you can (and if they haven’t, give them a gentle nudge)!
We all REALLY appreciate your help and do contact your class rep or an HSA member on Classlist if you have any questions or suggestions.
A HUGE thank you to all the donations that have already been arriving and a reminder that the Summer Fair Donation Box is opposite the school office.
To ensure our summer fair is packed full of fun prizes for all, we need some help collecting the following items:
- Soft toys/teddies for “Soft Toy Tombola” e.g. pre-loved, clean and ready to pass on to someone else to be loved.
- Any kind of unopened bottle for “Bottle Bonanza” e.g. wine/beer/soft drinks, toiletries or household, glass/plastic, big/small, whatever!
- Jars and/or tiny tat for “Jolly Jam Jars” e.g. clean & empty jars, tiny toys, stickers & trinkets etc.
- Prizes! Pre-loved children’s books/games, toys/puzzles – all complete/not broken, please!
- And for any green-thumbed families, we need plants and/or gardening-related donations on Friday the 21st of June, for the plant stall – so start planting those seeds and propagating now!
Campsbourne Summer Fair
Campsbourne Online Auction
Our school online auction will be going LIVE on the 14th of June and we need YOUR help! We’ve already collected an amazing range of big and small prizes including:
- 2 tickets to a home Spurs game
- Kaleidoscope tickets at Ally Pally
- Meal vouchers for local restaurants
- An Amazon Fire 10 HD tablet
- Illustrated Harry Potter Books
- A night of babysitting
- And much, much more!
We want to know if you have a service or product that you can donate to help raise vital funds for our wonderful school. For example, you could offer to bake a cake, donate a piece of artwork, create graphic design, offer a night of babysitting, or DIY services – you get the idea!
The deadline for donations is this Monday, the 10th of June, so contact Becky Lupton (1 Ofili/5 Thompson) or Raj Kotecha (Gwen John) if you can help!
