Dear Parent / Carers,
Year 6 Visit British Museum
Year 6 had a fantastic trip to the British Museum on Tuesday. We got to explore the Anglo-Saxon and Viking exhibitions, whilst completing a booklet on them. It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip with the children gaining extra insight into a fascinating historical period.
Wear Red for Show Racism the Red Card Charity
Each year children raise money for a charity which is linked to a topic they learn about in class. We are excited to announce that this term Year 5 will be raising money for Show Racism the Red Card by taking part in a fun run next Friday. To raise the profile of this charity, who visit our school every year to deliver anti-racism workshops, across the whole school we also inviting all students to show solidarity and support for this cause by wearing red. Thank you for your ongoing support in helping us promote inclusivity and unity within our community! You can find out more about this charity on their website Home – Show Racism the Red Card

Half Term Holiday Club Cancelled
I’m afraid that we have had to cancel the half term holiday club due to works which will be carried out on site by UK Power Network which will mean we have no power for most of the week. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Winter Coat Swap
TRY NOT TO BUY A NEW COAT THIS YEAR. USE CAMPSBOURNE’S ECO SWAP AND SHARE COAT DRIVE INSTEAD.
Winter is nearly here and it’s time for coats and jackets. If last year’s jacket is too small, bring it in and swap it for one that fits.
Please bring any unwanted CLEAN coats in good condition to the main gate and put them in the marked box.
