I joined the Governing Body as an Associate Governor in July 2022. I am also the the Non Event Fundraiser for the HSA and have been doing this since my son started school in 2020. He is now in Year 2. I  am from Turkey, my family and I came over in 1990 when I was only a few months old. I was the first in my family to graduate from university. There was a  language barrier for my parents as they did not know English whilst I was growing up. I am passionate in ensuring that every child’s needs are met and that the diverse needs of children are being addressed. My background is in Children’s Nursing, I have worked in various NHS Hospitals as well as private Hospitals. My most recent role is Case Management in the Medico-legal field. I have a professional and personal obligation to ensure that children receive the best possible care and access to adequate services. I strive for quality and want to ensure that every child receives the best possible education.
