On Friday, we were very fortunate to have Catherine West, our local Member of Parliament, come and visit us at school. She was given a tour of the school, attended our celebration assembly and then had a question and answer session with our school council, who asked her a number of well considered questions. It was a brilliant morning; we look forward to taking the School Council to the Houses of Parliament very soon where they will get to see democracy in action.
